Return & Exchange Policy
We ask that you please thoroughly review the size chart and the information provided for each product before ordering, and contact us with any questions you might have. Although, we understand that sometime items do need to be returned, and if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will welcome returns or exchanges, under these conditions:
- Item is in it’s original condition, this mean unwashed, unworn, no smells of perfume, food or animal, etc...
- Return must be post marked within 14 days of receipt date.
- Please include return form. Print form
- Please insure package with post office. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
Please note:
For refunds, you will receive a refund minus the original postage cost, when we receive the returned package. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. However, shipping cost will be reimbursed, if the return is a result of our error (i.e. defective merchandise or wrong item was sent.)

Shipping
Within the Continental U.S.
We ship via USPS Priority, from Palisade, Colorado (81526). You will be notified by email when we receive your order and when your order is shipped. Orders are generally shipped out within a week, in rare cases or special orders, it could take longer, if so we will contact you.
We use a graduated shipping charge, to keep things simple.

Please note that shipping rates listed above are for Continental US delivery ONLY! Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and all other countries, require additional freight charges. Ohgeez This Looks Too Big!
We hear this a lot from our customer. Our garments are NOT pre-shrunk, although we have allowed for shrinkage in our patterns. We tested our clothes on many precious and willing children, and our sizes are accurate. Please know that you DO NOT need to buy big, I highly reccomend that you do not. Our sizes are true to age. If you are buying for a average size 2 1/2 year old child and want the garment to fit just right, buy a 2T. OhGeez clothing is not like conventional clothing.....you do not need to buy two sizes up. The majority of our clothes are made with a slightly stretchy fabric and can be worn for a long time.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to a variation in our summer jersey fabric, the summer Play Pant, Play Short, Organic Tee and Owl Tee, and Long Girly Tank have a slightly slimmer fit. If your child is between sizes, we recommend that you buy the larger size.
